A 5-step wizard that starts from a controlled Excel template (fleet base) and produces two PDFs ready for port authority presentation: Crew List and Passenger List, in the official Diretoria de Portos e Costas layout.

Client-side by architecture: no personal data (name, CPF, passport, vaccination) ever leaves the browser. You can disconnect after the page loads — both the PDF generation and Excel parsing run entirely in the browser via pdf-lib and ExcelJS. Per-cell override for anyone off the standard schedule. Ready for offshore vessel use (DP, OSV, FPSO, drillship).
